Not only is the US spend massive, only Russia and China would generally be regarded as countries antagonistic to the US – everyone else (except famously ‘non-aligned’ India) is either a formal ally (through NATO) or hosts US bases on their soil.
An objective observer would conclude that the US coalition has this sewn up (at least as to conventional war).
